Trip tagging & exports – Whatโs new?
Our trip history got a major revamp that will make trip logging even more efficient and convenient.
Trip tagging, a highly requested feature, is now available for both our fleet and private users.
You can now:
- Tag a trip as either Private or Business
- Add a note to each trip
- Export your trip history to an excel file
- Select a date range to see previous trips and export trips within the given date range
Benefits both private and fleet users
The new features have different benefits depending on which type of user you are.
As a car owner using the MyConnectedCar app, you now have an easy and convenient way of logging any business trips that you drove in your private vehicle, exporting that data, and using it for your tax return claims.
For ConnectedFleet users, it is both the drivers and fleet managers who can add notes to the driversโ trips to get a better understanding of their workflows, as well as go back in time whenever they need an overview of previous trips.
